Even after a final divorce order, it is sometimes necessary to modify, or enforce, custody or support orders. I have successfully enforced, modified, and successfully opposed modification of decrees, based upon our clients needs.
Guardianships are becoming increasingly necessary to assist loved ones, minors or adults, that need care. I have a depth of experience in assisting clients seeking consent guardianships and litigating guardianships when a consensus cannot be reached.
